 - Facilitating my own WW (Weight Watchers) workshop in Stouffville on Thursday evenings

April

- Selected as 1 of the 5 Canadian finalists to compete for the 2019 FIT Communications Inspiration Award


May 

- Fitness Instructor at the Rustic Mamas Women's Retreat

- Relocated to a new and bigger location in Stouffville for evening classes 

- Featured in Snap Magazine as the "New High Energy Walk" fitness class 

- Lunch Meet and Greet with Mindy Grossman, WW (Weight Watchers) International CEO & President.

- Fitness Instructor at the Women's Rustic Weekend Retreat 

- To pursue my new journey and passion as a full-time fitness instructor, I resigned from my corporate position 


June

- Flash Mob at the Stouffville Strawberry Festival 

- Mud Girl Run Participant 

- Offered morning classes in both Uxbridge and Stouffville 


July

- 1 Year Birthday as a group fitness instructor, celebrating with over 150 participants in the evening class
